A Hole-In-One With Golf Wedding Favor

By Joy Jackson

For the golf lovers finally linking up, the perfect golf wedding favor can help score a hole-in-one at the reception. Whether it is a chocolate bar wrapper or plastic drink stirrers shaped like golf clubs, your guests will appreciate belonging to the same club as the bride and groom.

A shiny silver wedding favor shaped like a flower pot holding a small paper place card can make a statement about the elegance of your reception. The bride is represented by a white golf ball with a queen of hearts on it and the ball for the groom is black with the number eight. This is one golf wedding favor that is sure to get a chuckle from your guests.

Large engagement ring key chains, which are about one-and-a-half inches by two inches, make a wonderful silver wedding favor and can be useful to your guests as well. Outer wrappers for candy bars can also be used over regular size bars with a picture of a golf course and information about the wedding.

Having a picture of the bride and groom printed onto a golf ball will make a great golf wedding favor, but chances are no one will want to use it on the course. You can also find a single-ball clear plastic sleeve with the white ball, inscribed with the wedding information, resting on top of red or white printed tees.

A silver wedding favor that also has additional use is a candle snuffer in the shape of a bell and has a handle with the shape of a heart on the end.Additionally, you can opt for a plastic holder that contains one or three golf balls and half-dozen tees in either red or white with the balls and tees inscribed with the bride and grooms names.Ball markers can be inscribed with the names and date as well as golf towels that your guests may use during future play. You can also obtain a plastic tube large enough to hold a rolled-up towel and the tube can be inscribed as a golf wedding favor. An advantage of setting the table with golf wedding favors is any left over can be used by the bride and groom during each anniversary round of play.
