Consider the type of training the individual has gone through. No one can be born with the character, moves, diction, and the exact appearance of another individual. Therefore, even if they have the looks that can pass for a certain celebrity, they need to be trained to talk and behave like that person when they are on stage.

Check photos. Technology has enabled people to enhance skills in Photoshop. Therefore, before you even call up the agent, look for signs of Photoshop around the face.
